Warcraft III patch help

I have warcraft III ROC and warcraft II TRT installed on my computer and while installing the patch i get this error message.Blizzard BNUpdate v2.130 compiled on Jun 24 2008

This patch upgrades Warcraft III The Frozen Throne from the previous version.
ERROR: unable to move original file 'C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\maps\(12)DivideAndConquer.w3m' out of the way (5: Access is denied.)
RESULT: Patch failed
each time i try and install the patch it gives a similar description with other maps, or ever the war3.exe.
Can someone help?
Which patch are you trying to install? FT or ROC?
I am trying to install the TFT patch.. my version is 1.07 and they are on 1.23 i believe. i have tried patching through battle.net and manually.
did you make sure the files arnt read ony?
