warcraft III Change CD key

Hey just wondering if anyone knows what files the warcraft 3 III cd key is stored in cause the keygen i used produced a bad key and wont let me go on battlenet and i really dont wanna install the game again.

what did u upload? is that a keygen or is it something that lets u change ur WC3 cd key without re-install? the only way i can change my cd key is by re-installing as far as i know…

go start menu, run “regeit”, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SOFTWARE, now find war3 and double click the reg file and u should be able to edit it

there is a cdkeychanger tool, but i’d not trust all those progs and go for the reinstall, takes a minute
