Warcraft III via LAN

So I would like to play Warcraft III via LAN with my brother. I am running on XP and he on Vista. What do I need? I downloaded W3 and also TFT…

use the program hamachi

Hamachi is for servers. You don’t need to use that.

So? I had one idea if I could try BattleLAN with the oldest version of W3, but I didnt find crack for that version of game =(.

Make sure you both have it installed, then connect to each other with a crossover cable and have it in both comps, THen make sure the versions are the same and latest (1.21)
Then just go LAN > Create then they can see the game once its made and can join

Well we are connected with Switch. Could it be the problem? And one thing I havent original game.

Well the problem was in firewall. I disable it and it run. Thanks anyway for help

Search for a program named LanCraft… I am using that with my friend and he is living in the next apartment.

The best solution, go to http://gg-game.com and download the client to play online for free!!

the solution is to disable the windows firewall (had the problem quite often) somehow is doesn’t matter even IF you allowed it it just blocked the connection so you can’t see the other game (get outpost firewall its perfect)
