vodafone

i just bought a new mobile on pay as you go from carphone warehouse
it says that if you top up ten pounds you get 300 free texts and 75 free minutes and you have to call 2345 to get them. But after i call them there is no option to top up this. Does anyone know what to do?

You probably have to select a certain tariff. Failing that give Vodafone support a ring.

i phoned them and they charged me 10 pounds for a freedom pack and told me that carphone warehouse made a mistake but i get 200 minutes and 300 txts so i dont mind.
