So I am guessing just boot to the D: drive and it will restore everything to original settings? It is a HP vision laptop with windows 8.
Download a new OS. Put it into a usb stick. Format.

Can we do the same with win7 ? Wat abt Windows genuiniy ? Isn’t that a big concern to loss all the upcoming updates ? Plz enlighten me .
Well if you already have Windows 7 on the recovery, it should install OK with the same license, I would think..
If not , just run Windows loader after Win 7 is installed..

After that you can reboot and go here to validate Windows as genuine (use internet explorer)

You can stay legit by doing the recovery..
Normally The recovery partition don’t get effected by viruses as it’d hidden..
But is right..If your Laptop comes with Win7..Then the loader will only install the key and the certificates and your windows will be ligit..
There..You have 2 options now…
