Unrated and uncut versions of movies?

2. Whats the difference between an Uncut version of a movie and a “normal” version?
2. Uncut means all the Gore and nude scenes etc. haave not been edited out
1. Iv never seen any diff. besides the fact that a normal movie has been given a Rating for eg. PG-13 or wateva and a Unrated hasent recieved rating yet
