Linux Versions with Command Line
August 8th, 2016
I am a newbie to the Linux… I know a linux version named Redhat does have command line, but I want to know if any other version lighter in disk size than RedHat supports command line?
I want to practice on that version for RHCT exams…..
Regards….
A command line (or terminal) is always available in linux.
I know that dear…. I just want to know the Linux OS without GUI that can be used as alternate to RedHat and is light in Size than RedHat
Help Please……
There are many small size Linux distros that will do what you want.
You could use a Virtual Machine and install inside windows to test things if you wanted. Or WinLinux & coLinux to run under windows.
Search for a distro which meets your requirements>
