Unique problems

Whenever I open a program like vlc or any other program, I just can’t move them on the desktop i.e. if I open 2 programs and they overlap each other, I just can’t move one of them, have to close one.
When I play a song on any media player i can’t increase/decrease the volume.
I can’t select select text in notepad or website to copy it.
Please tell me the solution for these problems.

Try uninstalling your mouse driver and rebooting.
