Trouble converting video, please help!

Ok, so I downloaded this video, and I am having trouble converting it:

I think the format is h.264. Is there any way that I could convert this format to Xvid or Divx? Thanks.

Try using WinAVI Video Converter. It should convert it fine. You can get it here:

Get some nice codecs to convert the movie. Might want to grab a codec pack such as K-Lite Mega Codec or CCCR codec pack.
