how to make folder background transparent in windows 7

Transparent? I’m assuming you mean invisible?
1. Go to either of this windows, My documents, videos, music, pictures.
2. I’n the top left corner of the window, click organize 2. click “folder and search options
3.I’n the folders options go to the tab “view”.
4.under the “Hidden files and folders” uncheck “show hidden files, folders, and drivers”
Now this is the step where you make the files you want invisible.
1. right click on that file~ Folders are not allowed ~/program etc.
2. click on the properties tab
3. under the properties window go all the way down to the file “attributes” and check the box “hidden”.
thats all.
when ever you want to view those invisible files, fix the setting accordingly under the folders and search options.
