Syncing a Table Across 2 Computers in Excel?

Hi, I really need help here. I would like an answer as quickly as possible, so simply giving links would be a great help. The system doesn’t have to be quick to set up, though.
What I’m looking for is a way to have the same Excel worksheet on 2 computers. Then, every two minutes, I would like for the table in one of the sheets to update with the values that have been entered on both computers. If necessary, it could be a manual sync.
I don’t care if more software is needed, or more hardware, I’d just like to know if this is possible and how it could be done.

I’m after the very same answer … Only my need is a bit more difficoult, as on one side I have an excel connected to real time data coming from outside, and I want to see these data on my 2nd computer, which has no access to the real time service.
Maybe through Access?
