How to backup partitions table(MBR)

I want to move partition table from one harddisk to another,so that 2nd harddrive work alone.How could i do that..?

I’m pretty sure you can’t, you will need to remove the old drive and do a fresh install on the new drive, you can later apply a back up if you wish, but you will need to connect the old drive to another PC or externally connect it and format it, otherwise you will have an MBR conflict (not the easiest thing to try and explain). You may get away with just removing the old drive to format it, if it picks up the new drive after cloning.
