splitting a iso file

i have a file thats already ready to be burnt onto a dvd. is there any programs i can add these files to, so that i can stream them, edit them to the clips i want, then save the clips i want as avi, wmv etc. anybody know ? anyhelp would be cool

err y not just take it outa the iso?????

mount it with daemon tools?

the files are in dvd format, they play here with “PowerDvd” is there a program i can add them to then edit them sorta like “windows movie maker” but where i can save them as avi, wmv etc.
