Splitting VOB into chapters?

I just came across a huge collection of Massive Attack music videos in VOB format. Each video was a separate file.
I assume that whoever put the pack together just split VOBs from a DVD into individual chapters and renamed them.
Anyone know how to do this? What software to use?

or if you have only the VOB files then go with vStrip. You can split the vob files according to their CellID (Chapters ID). http://www.videohelp.com/tools/vStrip

thanks guys. yeah i just have the DVD files i downloaded so i don’t need to rip anything. i’ll try vstrip.
