Split and merge Audio/Video from different files

I have following files:
21.Jump.Street.2012.1080p.BluRay.x264.YIFY.mp4 – x264/AAC 2chan Audio – mp4
and
22.Jump.Street.2014.BRRip.XViD.AC3-juggs[ETRG].avi – XVID/ AC-3 6 chan Audio – avi
I want to extract 6 chan audio from .avi file and merge into .mp4 file And delete 2 ch audio from mp4 file.
I want to preserve audio quality of avi and video quality of mp4 file.
I am noob in video editing.
Kindly guide.

hmmmm…. an interesting challenge for a newbie…
extracting the audio is not a problem…. search google …
but incompatibilities and syncing the exchanged audio / video lead-ins frame by frame …. ??

Those are different movies… So I don’t exactly see what you a looking to do.
But the program you are looking for is mkvmerge

I’ll presume they are the same movie (same video). If so, you should be able to do something with Windows Movie Maker..

Also as mentioned, MKVmerge can do that sort of thing.
