software to improve the quality for video files/ burnt on to a DVD

Can anyone help me with this question right is there any software to improve the quality for video files/ burnt on to a DVD
sometimes when i put movies on to disc the movies sometimes are blockey/ bad quality so is there any software that will improve the quality on video files
like is there a software like when you have burnt some movies as iso file or a dvd folder is there a software to improve the quality of the video files
i use DVD Decrypter to burn the movies as a iso file but that does not improve the quality for video files what i am after is a software that improves the quality for video files before i burn to disc so is there a software that improves the quality on video files when burning to a disc
if anyone can help me with this that would be great

no there isn’t. If they’re already blocky before conversion/burning then converting to DVD will only reduce quality even more.
Burning AS an iso folder doesn’t exist. That’s ripping. Burning is going FROM the harddrive TO an optical disc. Ripping is the opposite (type doesn’t matter)
An iso file is just a container like, avi or mp4. Ripping as an iso won’t improve or decrease the quality if it’s bad from the start.
You can’t improve quality no matter how u want it. Bad input = bad output

With current technology is impossible to really increase quality.
