Try vReveal
EnhanceMovie
Video Enhancer
Answer #2
you can’t really enhance a video’s quality, only make it worse. Those programs might make a tiny bit of difference but you won’t notice much
Answer #3
tried vreal ..work great but recode take a long time

Did vreal really enhaced the quality of your videos?

I come across older movies I like that I can’t find anywhere in good quality like the hi-def 720p and 1080p and to enhance them, I run it through my Rhozet Carbon Coder 3.16 and apply the following video filters:
Color Correction (to adjust the brightness, contrast, hue and saturation) and Sharpen (sharpens the video using the Un-Sharp Mask technique). In some avi’s, the Blur filter (blurs the video in a rectangular pattern) and the Circular Blur filter (blurs the video in a circular pattern) work good.
Then I re-encode to the DivX 6.9.2 Codec, home theatre profile, 1-pass quality based, insane quality encoding mode, enhanced multithreading, H.263 optimized quantization) using the exact width, height and framerate, and audio of the original avi. Even though you’re using DivX, it will produce an avi file.
It comes out looking better than the original but the trick is to experiment with the Color Correction, Sharpen, and Blur filters until you get the best looking results. Use Boilsoft Video Splitter to cut a five minute segment of the video and use that to experiment with the video filter settings until you get the results you like then encode the entire video with those settings.
However, don’t expect a miracle. This will improve the avi but not to the point that it looks like a 720p or 1080p video.

It works for me OK. its not gonna make your videos FULL HD, but it WILL color correct it and try its best to improve the quality.
