[ Skyrim ] missing sound effects

I installed the Black Box version but there seem to be a lot of sound effects missing. There is a fix which is supposed to patch this problem, but for me it doesn’t do it. Additionally I have tried to change the audio quality to 24bit in my control panel, still no changes.
Any ideas?

get the B Box update. the original was missing a huge sound file
I think I’ve installed the fix properly since the cmd did some stuff for about 5 minutes and after that it told me it was finished. Still no success!
I also copied the RAZOR missing files from your signature, Toothless, to the directory… without success
Where can I find this Black Box update you talked about?
the issue is that the black box is missing a file called SOUNDS.BSA (900MB). the black box is messed up.
DL the original game and install it. it’s there in the DATA folder.
