Skyrim BB Sound missing

Hey, Anyone played skyrim yet? its is awesome, i got the black box version but theres some sound missing like the backgroud sound, birds sound stuff like that. Tried changing to stereo 41khz 16bit but not work. I found out that theres a SKYRIM BB SOUNDFIX patch but u see :

it says access denied, i think thats the reason y some people couldn’t patch it properly. Any Ideas how to fix this?
Win7, Intel i7
8GB Ram, Nvidia gts450 1GB memory

It didnt say that for me, and it still doesnt work.
Full game is only 5 GB, download that.

Aww man… its gonna stink though, i played through just for awhile, its already fun… thx anyway dude…
