Setting up a CS 1.6 NonSteam Server

So here it is,
I have Counter Strike 1.6 the DigitalZone version, which is ofcourse Non-Steam.
I wanted to set up a HLDS (Half life dedicated server).
Everytime I go to the HLDS.exe and start one. The IP that it shows does not work for my friends. How can I fix this problem?

It is probably too late to answer that but i will do that anyway.
The IP that the HLDS is showing is not the right one. You need to get your external ip. To do that go to any page on the internet that shows you ip (search on google). Then copy that IP and give it to your friends. It should work.
