Republic Commando Problem

Hel Guys.
I’ve got a portable-ized version of republic commando. I Get weird menus like this
and crates, bits of walls and other things are usually multi-coloured or sometimes grey (will up image soon). Any help would be good

2gb ram
Pentium D 925 3GHz dual core
Intel Media Accellerator 950
Latest Graphics drivers
