Rapidshare Reconnecter for 2Wire Router?

Hi, I have a 2Wire Wireless router and I am trying to find a reconnecter for it which automatically restarts the router and gives me a new dynamic IP address.
I need it for the USDownloader. I am currently using a bot which opens up an icon types in the router password and clicks “test” which restarts the router. However, this method does fail as some time it takes a while to connect or explorer take a while to open up.
