Question about router

I bought router(Edimax) it’s connected to my computer directly and by a USB device(wireless) to the other computer(other computer doesn’t have wireless in it so it uses USB thing) now I was wondering if some one has Laptop near me can he use my internet? is there is a way to protect it? if yes how do I do it and how do I put the password for the other computer I have on my house so it keep connecting…

Pic your modle from the link above and look for security ( eg. wep )

What ever you do don’t use WEP…You might as well not bother….Try WPA or WPA2…
