PS3 Wont turn on

All the cables are in correctly
Power is on
when i turn it on it beeps and the red light starts flashing???
nothing shows up on screen.
Whats wrong with it????
help please?

nope RLOD although this is far more uncommon than the RROD that the 360’s had back in the day
