Hi, I just got new internet yesterday, the problem is, with powerline I get 20 Mbps DOWN and 20 MBPS UP. With WiFi I get 40 Mbps down and 20 Mbps up. The Powerline is directly connected to the modem. If I connect my computer directly to the modem I get 175 Mbps Down and 130 Mbps Up. Is there something wrong with the powerline or it is just like that?

Depends on your home wiring.
Where is the modem, and where are your plugs?

It is a brand new house. About a year old.
My modem is in the Living room and my Power line is upstairs.
Plug #1 is connected to the modem that they gave me and
Plug #2 is connected to my PC upstairs.
