If your router supports QoS you could use that, Also, DD-WRT (3rd party firmware) supports this feature
so if your router doesn’t have QoS but is supported then you could just flash it. Another way
would be installing netlimiter on the particular PC.

I’m using BT HomeHub V2 router
I googled it but couldn’t find anything about QoS so I guess it just doesn’t support it.
You’ll have to go with the 2nd option.
I agree, Netlimiter is a good and easy choice.
