Norton, 2013, Seriously?
There are much better alternatives out there (That won’t hog your system resources or be painfully difficult to uninstall!) I recommend you use Comodo (Firewall)+Antivir (Anti-Virus)
Both are free and very efficient (Provided you use em along with some common sense!)
The free version of Antivir displays a popup nag to buy the paid version after each update, But there
are ways to disable it (Just look it up on Google)

Heed that advice matey …………. you’ll find very few (if any) members here use Norton or McAfee ….. both are commercial crap and are only well known because they have been advertised so much. Their effectiveness is no better than others out there.
Try Roberto’s suggestions, or try Avast free plus Malbytes.
If you’re on Windows and it comes up as genuine, you should also try Microsoft Security Essentials.
Seriously though, stay away from Norton if you actually want to protect your computer, and keep it usable!
