Installation Help

I am trying to install Citrix on my system for a new work at home position. When I download the program, I receive the Error 1500: Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before beginning this one. I am not installing anything else and I’ve gone to the registry and deleted the Installation/Inprogress folder, but I continue to get the same error. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
Check for any installer.exe type processes in task manger
Open up task manager (Ctrl + Alt + Del) and kill any installation processes and try again.
