Need Help With Website Design

i’m building a website and will be creating a section for 2 music artist from which i want to do digital downloads in each of their directories and a link to say store.
question is what programs would u advise? i’m trying to use dreamweaver so something that i can use to incorporate the two so a personal presence and a business presence to work together …. any ideas i really need help on this one thanks!!

If you’ve got little to no experience with manual design, you’re better of with a CMS like joomla. Slap a template on it, add a file download extension and/or shop extension (that supports file download) and you’re done.
I suggest you to go for a CMS.
