Need help with video editting!

Hello,

And I also want to make something like this for school, but I have no idea how the horizontal video scrolling is be done…
I really need help with it, I prefer to have a tutorial for it, because I’ll have to do it more than once.
If anyone could help me with this, that would be great!

Edit: I use Sony Vegas Pro 11, but any other program (for PC) is ok….

That is not what I ment… Maybe you should watch the video and you know what I mean… The video has to scroll itself…
Edit: I know how to do it now… I use keyframes in Vegas.
