Make your system boot from the USB. You can change that in the BIOS
and it’ll run the installation.
wot about from external hard drive cos my usb is only 2G
No I meant the computers USB. And since you insert your hard drive in the USB to make it work, it’ll boot from there.
so i can use my external hard drive then?
I would rather recommend using your USB memory disk. But it depends on whether or not your BIOS supports that specific drive’s interface, and whether or not Vista’s highly-lacking driver base includes it. Even then, you may run into problems when the installer looks for partitions to install to, and possibly after the first reboot.
Does your motherboard support booting from USB stick?
