Installing windows vista themes on vista

I just got a new laptop with windows vista and I’m trying to apply themes and it seems to be tedious task, can someone tell me how to do this?! is there an app that can make this process so much easier?! thanks in advance

Window Blinds 6 is Vista Compatible, its quite cool, and Much better then v5,
But that wasnt compatible with your vista anyways. Dont forget to download more themes
from wincustomize.com
