Need help in fixing maxtor 1 TB HDD

Today I dropped my Maxtor external HDD and now the disc does not seems to be rotating, I am not able to access any data….
Please is there any solution on how to fix my HDD? it is not making a clicking sound but I can hear the head making kind off a low clicking sound…. its not tat loud…
Please help someone…
Not sure if you can fix it…You can try the freezer trick..rap it in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer for about 12 hours and try it…Might or might not work…
Well take it to customer care in the shop where you got the HDD from, they should be able to repair it.
