Answer #1
Run a full scan check whether any alert detected..
clean it then try if it doesnt work..
then maybe shadow copy got corrupted..
So its better to use some other software to backup ur files..

thanks…. a lot of people said it was java… but i dont know. i have java installed bc i need it 2 get on2 my schools website without any problems *be4 i had it i couldnt reach were my professor posted assignments*.
well im still doing a full scan & hopefully i can find were the dang error is but it would be easier if Windows backup told me were it was so i could fix it without going thou all this mess.
EDIT:
the scan is done & the only thing tht came up was my Kaspersky PURE trial keygen. nothing about java… *i have no idea if thts the problem but i needed 2 make sure it wasnt the 1 i had in the exclusions, but i found out i have more than 1…??? so i marked were the 1 i use is & im doing another full scan 2 delete all the threats since i cant do it now* i hope this fixes the error. il post again if it doesnt work.
