Need Help In enc0ding Movies.

Hi All,
I need Help About Encoding From Encoder’s
Because I wan’t to Provide Good Quality in Small SiZE!
So My Question Is :-
1) Where I got movie for Enc0de?
A
2)How I Encode Movie ?
A
3)How much time it will take to encode?
A
And most important thing is that i found movies with name playXD,Tariq786,BHRG,CM8 and other releasers group so can i encode it and make it mine??

what file format do you want to encode to? I personally encode to mkv using HandBrake. I used this tutorial to help me but I use Average Bitrate instead of using Constant Bitrate recommended in the tutorial

On encode time it varies, but I tend to get an average of 75fps for the first pass and 20fps for the second pass using the settings I have & personally if I use a movie from a release group I would at least credit them with providing the movie I used to encode
