need help in deciding on xbox 360 mod

Hi guys
before anyone says xbox360 is old, past, useless. i would point out that i play for fun. my primary console is ps3/pc
. so i found an advert on something like a gumtree for modded xbox 360 arcade and xbox s
xbox 360 arcade is modded with LT3.0 and has slight problem with drive ejecting.
xbox 360 with 120 gig has rgh mod installed. so which one should i buy? LT3.0 or RGH? i just want to download and play on HDD. i dont wanna burn DVD and play. i would also buy original games time to time.
