Need Help In Blue Screen Problem

recently my laptop pop up a blue screen when shutting down…

this blue screen only appear when shutdown, and it’s happened only sometimes, not in every time’s shutdown..

Looks like your HDD going bad growing bad sectors.

Run who crashed Pro to get the module that failed, Usually this exception is caused by drive problems

Try booting up in Safe Mode and run a few anti-virus/registry softwares. Then boot up as normal, and you should be fine.

Looks like your HDD going bad growing bad sectors.
get “Hard Disk Sentinel” to check your drives health
also get malwarebytes and scan your system for malware
you can also try running MSCONFIG to disable startup items to test whether they are causing the problem

i have used “Hard Disk Sentinel” and “HD Tune Pro”, to check my HDD, and it state my HDD have no problem….
i also used “WhoCrashPro” for scanning, and it give the the result that same as above fltmgr.sys and SuperFZ.sys…
can i know what exactly these 2 files are?? are they virus, malware or something?
