Need help identifying Dell Dimension 5100 Sound Blaster Card

I lost the Sound Blaster 24-bit cd that came with my computer, a Dell Dimension 5100. I have visisted their website and have no idea of how to identify the card i have and what driver i need to install in order to get sound.

goto dell.com, select support, select driver downloads
select search by model number. select desktops->dimention->5100
under audio, download the driver and install it

or get everest ultimate in appz section and see if that will ID it
if it’s a card there will be a 4 or 5 digit number on it to ID it
think it begins with a 4 or 5
then go to creative dot com and use that number to find the driver
