Need a New Internet Service Provider

Current ISP is SureWest.
I’d like faster internet, 8 Mbps and up.
Cable TV+DVR is a must, however an HD tier isn’t required(but it’d be nice)
Phone isn’t needed.
Since I download large files off this forum, faster speeds would be preferred.
I wouldn’t go as far as spending over 100$ on TV/Internet.

Someone suggested I post on here since it’s so active. Active is an understatement.
I have no idea, you guys find answers to the weirdest things. Maybe Google would help, I just want to know your guys’ opinions.
