if i download part 2 from megaupload, will i still be able to extract the movie when i finish downloading all the parts

Yes as long as the files have the same name and the link says its interchangeable.
Sometimes the uploader doesn’t put interchangeable so you have to experiment.

yup usually the poster will say like :
interchangeable 4 x 200 Mb links

Ask the uploader or if the parts are the same size it is likely they can be exchanged.
