Monitor keeps losing signal reguraly…

So, I’m experiencing some problems with my computer screen(& probably the computer itself).
Αt regular intervals the screen loses signal from the computer,while at the same time distorting the sound coming from the speakers(,which are attached to the screen).This keeps happening let’s say twice a day and the only way to fix it temporary is to restart the computer.
Suggestions and generally help are more than welcome.

can you try another monitor ?

cable is probably going bad. Change it with a diff and see if it helps
