Mafia 2 ( losing HP Bug ) help Please

Downloaded M2 from here, all works fine cept that my character is always on 1% HP I know this is coz of illegal copy
Any one PLEASE have working fix crack or something for this ?
i started getting in to a game and wanna play it badly
