Mafia 2 not starting

i installed the skidrow version of mafia 2 and applied the crack.But the game is not launching.there is the small image of 3 game characters shown and the mouse pointer shows loading but nothing happens after that.what to do?

ok i think i have found the solution but i need the videocongig file of mafia 2.can any one please give me it.its in the save games folder of mafia 2

Yes it will not start, if you didn’t install physx which included in SKIDROW version. Remove the phsx if installed in your system then install physx from SKIDROW version. Now play the game, enjoy….
Sounds Crazy but its worked.
I also faced this problem as I had new PHYSX but I uninstalled it and installed physx, which came with SKIDROW version. The game with start without any problem and finished.

^^ If that doenst work., whats the file name I got the game., I only could find : sdsconfig.bin
