Making a Firefox Extension…

February 5th, 2020

I’m currently on the quest of making a simple Firefox extension, like a menu with links etc, for a site I use frequently. So I was just wondering if anyone has any experience on the topic and can either tell me where I can learn or if there is some kind of program that allows me to make one at ease.
Basically ANY help would be appreciated.
My computing knowledge is average, but I have never used such codes as needed, so the guides I have found so far are all foreign to me, thats why I thought I’d ask here. So thanks in advance for those who reply

Javascript is the language for you mate. Also, search Google on the subject. There’s a vast amount of sites explaining the issue and even an excellent site that lists a huge amount of different Firefox functions and aspects of programming. Good luck mate ^_^

And here’s a list of plugins that may aid you in the task of developing, courtesy of Enigma86:
Chrome Explorer, Console2, FireBug, Extension Developer, JavaScript Developer and Tamper
Good luck mate ^_^
