What is the name of this extension? (Chrome)

Hi guys,
Yesterday i found this amazing extension for Google chrome.
As you can see , when you go to YouTube it shows the bit rates of videos and also it gives you the download links.
I re installed my windows and now i can’t remember the name of this extension If anyone knows please let me know

I don’t know what extension you mean,
but here I found an alternative chrome extension that are able to download Youtube video directly:
http://www.overbits.net/chrome/youtube/
For me, I suggest pwnyoutube.com or FreeStudio’s Youtube Downloader as it works even great.
