Lost all partitions windows 8 Help Please

Ok so I have a windows 8 machine I wanted to downgrade to 7. I forgot password on the 8 machine. I jumped it to a seven 7 system via usb sata connector. When I did I accidentally changed the drive to mbr. Now the drive shows up on my 7 machine but says all is unallocated. How can access the data on this drive?

Just make you recover to a different drive, so you don’t overwrite what you have..

Didnt find anything. Nor did mini partion wizard. I installed recover my files. This is finding a ton of them so far.
