“lock” USB drive to ONE computer

Is there a way so that my USB drive can only be read
from one computer – I looked at other lock programs and the way I read them they will not work.
I have a trail cam and want to lock the stick in case someone
takes the stick out – so program would have to be in real
time – or locked to just be opened by one computer

Tnx for this .. will hve to read and see if it is real time .. the problem with the other
programs is that — my trail cam takes a pic and then I take out flash drive and lock ..
I put back in and the new pic’s coming in are not .. tnx wl check this out and see if it will work
