Itouch mobile installation question

its firmware is 2.1
and i have NO IDEA how to install the mobile installation thing..
and i cant find directions in english on how to do it..
so im at a loss..
does anyone know how to help me?
all im trying to get on there is the beat maker and some of the instruments….
