Wifi 3g mobile question

ive connected it to ny router and turned off roming while not in range of ny wifi.
also ive turned off 3g.
Question now is if its safe for me to use the net feature at home without Any extra cost? And as long as i dont go online outside ny home i should not worry about ny cell bill?
yes, or if you want to be more sure of that, just turn on the ‘airplane mode’ , you would only be able to connect to internet via wifi then.
What Woodspirit said is correct. You have nothing to worry about, just surf away!
If it’s an Android, just toggle 3G off and Wifi on.
It should not use any data usage of your 3G
