Is this a good enough cooling pad?

I know its pretty cheap but just wondering if it will be good enough then putting on my lap/table.

Then, Yes if your just trying to cool your lap then that one would work fine. If you are trying to cool your laptop as well you might look into something different though.

I just want the laptop heat to go down a little and not feel hot on my legs or uncomfortable to hold when I am on bed using it/not get even even more hot when its right on bed because today I put it on bed for 30 minutes without doing anything but converting videos and it was hot as hell when I got back.

In general, Any elevation of your laptop would cool it down while it is sitting on your bed. Like for me, I use a tray made for a laptop so that way it can breathe. Just make sure the vents aren’t blocked
